• Deliver - Run and manage complex, large-scale, high-risk business transformation programmes /projects

• Recover - Response to emergency, diagnose issues with programmes/projects in distress, identify root causes, prescribe and provide treatment to bring them back on track;

• Assess - Perform health check for existing project management practice and existing programmes /projects, recommend and implement measures to fill identified gaps if any
