Founder and Managing Director of the firm, Siaw Ming has 30 years of project management, systems integration and operations experience.
Prior to setting up the firm, she had worked for both international consulting as well as end-user companies in multiple industries namely healthcare, pharma, banking, hi-tech manufacturing, airlines, leisure, telco and semi-government.
Companies benefited from her work include Ministry of Health Singapore, Phillips Medical Systems, Kendall Medical, Glaxo Wellcome (now GSK), Hong Kong Adventist Hospital, Mesiniaga, Arab Malaysian Finance, Resorts World Berhad, Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies, Malaysia Airlines etc.
A very focused and hands-on management with international work exposure; her current specialization is delivery of large & complex operations consolidation and business transformation programmmes/projects.
