Delivering complex & large scale programmes/projects
Due to the temporary nature of projects, businesses typically do not have readily available project resources. As a result, deploying existing operational staff who may/may not have prior project exposures on a part time basis is commonplace.
This arrangement is severely inadequate when it comes to complex, large scale and high-risk project such as a business transformation programme. In the case of merger and acquisition, it may even be desirous to engage an independent and objective party to realize the integration. This is where Themis could be of service by assigning highly experienced programmme/project directors and managers (as the job requires) to lead and realize the delivery. Subject to need, the Themis practitioners may be seconded to the client organization on a full time basis; or engaged to work on specific areas as subject matter expert on a part time basis. |
